Image Porter is a free Image hosting site which allow users to upload images. Registered users can earn quick money by sharing images and links uploaded on Image Porter with their friends or anywhere on world wide web. The more views your images get the more money you earn.
Image Porter Terms and Condition
1.One person must have only one account.If we found user signing up for more than one accounts, we will ban user's all accounts and cancel all earnings.
2.One user can use only one account.If we found user using more than one account, we will ban user's all accounts and credits.
3.Uploading offensive material, copyright material, or any illegal stuff will result to ban your account and cancel all your earnings without any notification, if you are not a account holder and we find you uploading this type of images, images will be delete on the spot.
4.Image Porter have the right to delete, move or replace any uploaded image which comes under the category of copyrighted material, harassment or offensive material and have no responsibility for lost image or image url.
5.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and your account security and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify ImagePorter! of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Image Porterwill not be or will not take any responsibility for any loss or damage arising from your failure to complay with the rule.
6.Image Porter have the right to ban or suspend account or cancel earnings of any user(regsiter user) who will not be following rules of our (ImagePorter) image hosting policy.
7.Image Porter have the right to change cpm rates anytime, no matter how much user have earn till change, you will be paid accoring to current rates at the time of payment.
8.While sharing images or links, the following behevior or constitue "abuse' and will result to your account cancellation immediately and without notification.
a. Sending spam emails or messages or spam via IMS
b. Generating fake traffic. (i.e. self-clicking or using autosurf software/website/bots/traffic exchanges)
c. Generating traffic by using hidden frames.
d. Forcing user to click on image or image url.
e. Traffic from stumbleupon,twitter,facebook not accepted on earnmoney program.
f. Promoting images using Paid to surf, Paid to click or any other paid promotion not allowed on earnmoney program.
All the above points will be consider as fraud and result to cancellation account and earning on the spot.
8.Image Porter have the right to remove any content that compromises with the security of Image Porter servers or Image Porter staff. Image Porter website or any person.
9.Image Porter have the right to suspend, block or removal of your account or images in case of any security threat or anyone exceed of limitation given to the type of account.
10.Image Porter will not be responsible for payment delay , Image Porter will only pay after reviewing your account upto security level.
11.Payout date can be change by the Image Porter at any time or number of payout days can be increased or decreased.User will only be paid on the date decided by Image Porter at the time of payment request.
12.Payment will be given only after verifying your account, your images and click you have got on your images by Image Porter Staff , if they are legal or not . any fake clicks or ilegal click caught by our system and your account will be suspended immediately , which can take 15 or more days.
13.Uploading images with incorrect type selection is not allowed. i.e, you should not upload adult image (nsfw) on family section; or non adult ( family type) on adult section. Its forbidden to send traffic to wrong section. Like sending traffic to non adult images from adult sites/ adult pages not allowed.
14.Everyone should use image linking codes generated by our site. modification is not allowed. if you want you can use link redirection services like linkbucks.com,urlcash.net to redirect traffic to image showing pages ( which carry full size image you uploaded). Direct calling of full image showing page to any other website is not allowed.
Disclaimer: Though Image Porter has applied a strict rules and regulations to regulate all the image sharing behaviour and continously and vigilantly monitors the types of images uploaded to its servers, Image Porter is not responsible for the content of any uploaded files, nor is it in affiliation with any entities that may be represented in the uploaded files as images are uploaded by users. Image Porter will attach importance to your abuse reports, and will take appropriate action as soon as possible ( usually in 24hrs)!
