Epassporte - ?

We received many requests that we should add epassporte as payment option. We would like to know why users want it ? Even though we use moneybookers as payout option, 99% of payout is done through Paypal only. According to epass website they charge 2$ per Business to peer transactions. So if there is anyone here with a good idea about epassporte. Please reply here with their suggestions , epassporte features etc.
